PIZZA DAY: TUESDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER

The P&C will be holding a Pizza Day fundraiser. Students are invited to order a 6 inch pizza and a juice box that will be delivered to their classroom during eating time at Break 1.

Allergen & Dietary Information:

Pizzas will be prepared onsite by a third party supplier and while every effort will be made to avoid cross-contamination from gluten, dairy and meat products, this cannot be guaranteed. If your child has a severe allergy or dietary restriction, please consider this when placing an order.

Orders

Fill out the physical order form that was sent home with your child (a copy can be downloaded here if you did not receive it) with your child’s order. Please fill out one order form per child with their order clearly marked. All order forms must be returned to the Pizza Day Box in the office by Tuesday 9th September.

 

Please tick your child’s preference of pizza topping (if ordering more than 1 pizza multiple toppings can be ordered. One flavour per pizza) and juice flavour. Vegan, dairy and gluten-free pizza will also be available.Only one juice may be ordered per child.
