On Friday 31st March the P&C will be holding a Pizza Day fundraiser. Students are welcome to order slices of pizza and a juice box that will be delivered to their classroom at the beginning of recess.

Price

2 slices of pizza & Juice Combo $6.00 + $0.50 processing fee if paying online

1 slice of pizza & Juice Combo $4.00 + $0.50 processing fee if paying online

Slice of pizza only/additional slice of pizza $2.00 + $0.50 processing fee if paying online

PLEASE NOTE: These will be standard size fast food pizza slices (Dominos / Pizza Hut sizes)

Orders

Fill out the order form with your child’s order. Please fill out one order form per child with their order clearly marked. All order forms must be returned to the Pizza Box in the office by Friday 24th March.

1 OR 2 SLICE/S OF PIZZA & JUICE COMBO: Please tick your child’s preference of pizza topping (please select only

one topping) and juice flavour. Vegan and gluten-free pizza slices will also be available.

1 SLICE OF PIZZA ONLY / ADDITIONAL SLICE OF PIZZA: A stand alone pizza slice (without juice box) or multiple

pizza slices on top of the combo deal may be ordered. Please mark the number of pizza slices your child would

like in the space provided. Only one juice may be ordered per child.

Payment

Payment can be made on the P&C website: www.fpspandc.org.au (under 'more') or in cash and returned in an envelope with your child’s order form to the pizza box in the office by Friday 24th March.

The P&C are very excited about this fundraiser and we're sure the children will love pizza for lunch as a special treat.
