IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE NIGHT

Date: Friday, November 7th, 2025

Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Due to safety reasons of stall holders exiting the school in vehicles, please exit promptly and quietly by 9pm sharp. 

Location: Faulconbridge Public School Grounds (enter via the front gate on Grose Road or the back gate on Meeks Cres)

Entry: To help support our school, we kindly request a gold coin donation at the gates upon entry.

Parking: Due to limited parking availability, we encourage you to consider leaving your car at home and walking to the event if possible. This will help alleviate traffic congestion and ensure a smoother experience for everyone.

Weather: The markets will proceed in the case of wet weather. They will only be canceled if there is a threat of lightning or damaging winds.

Food: We have a large array of food trucks (see below). Please consider purchasing your dinner at the markets to support our stallholders. 

Picnic Area: Feel free to bring your own picnic rug and chairs to relax by the stage and soak in the fantastic atmosphere.

Activity Locations: Various activities and entertainment will be spread across different areas within the school grounds, including the grass area at the back gate, the front grassed area in front of the Fun Kids building, the music hall, and the astroturf area.

Raffle Draw: Our raffle will be drawn at the live music stage near the Fun Kids building at 8:00 PM sharp. Tickets will also be available to purchase on the night at the FPS P&C stall until 7:45pm.

First Aid: For any inquiries or medical assistance on the night, please visit our first aid station.
